A movement practice that connects you to the wisdom of your body. It's not about how it looks, but about how it feels. No experience necessary- there is no way you can do it wrong!

In our fast paced modern society it is easy to get caught up in momentum tunnels of "shoulds" and "have tos" without stopping to consider what it is we actually desire. This can lead to feeling unfulfilled, frustrated, dysphoric, and/or anxious.

Good news! We can step off the hamster wheel and live with intention.

As Spring unfolds nature provides us with a beautiful example of renewal- leaf buds are forming and sprouts are breaking ground all around us.

Let's take some time to slow down and renew our spirits, reconnect with ourselves and our desires, and rebirth a new vision for our lives.

Engage in a variety of activities meant to deepen your connection to your soul voice and re-ignite your inner light-that part within that feels special, magical, divine.

"A true gift and blessing to love, honor, and care for yourself."

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. ~ Anais Nin

Bliss & Gratitude: Cacao Ceremony

Not only does the cacao (pure chocolate) elicit positive feelings, but the sharing of gratitude in community is incredibly healing.

"Interesting, invigorating, unique, special, opening, cathartic, educational."

"An honoring of feminine magic and of your truest deepest desires and authentic self through dance, art, tastes, and archetypal wisdom."

Qoya is movement with meaning. It is based on the simple idea that through movement we remember. We remember the essence of who we are. We also come to trust and befriend our bodies, explore our full range of emotions, connect deeply with ourselves and other women, practice listening to our inner knowing, and feel more like our true selves. We also have a lot of fun!

Qoya as a practice combines yoga, dance, feminine movement, community connection, great music and pure childlike JOY! If you are new to Qoya, one of the most important things to know is there are no levels and you cannot do it wrong - the way you know you're doing it right is if it feels good. But even more than good, if it feels true in your body.

Cacao and Despacho Ceremony: This beautiful and powerful combination of ceremonies will open the way for transformation. If you have never participated in one of these, I welcome you to come experience the magic for yourself. All you need to do is come with the willingness to open your heart. It really is that simple. Whatever it is that you desire is more likely to find its way to you if your heart is open.

A Cacao Ceremony invites you to move deeply into your heart and connect with yourself in a way that awakens self-love. Participants often describe feeling as if their heart is literally opening like a flower.

The idea of a Despacho Gratitude Ceremony is simple; you say thank you. You say thank you for as much as you can think of. And then you keep saying thank you until you feel like you could say thank you for hours. It is medicine for the soul.

Connect with yourself and other women through the practices of Qoya, Ceremony, Journaling & Creative Expression Exercises.

"An investment in your soul's wellbeing!"

"A chance to reconnect with the voice within. It IS community!"

"An opportunity to show yourself love, using dance, writing, art, and shamanic rituals. More than that it's a chance to be witnessed by other women nourishing yourself."
