We will practice these healing modalities:

Qoya is a movement system that helps women to get out of their heads and into their bodies so that you can begin to trust yourself deeply and follow your intuition like a compass. Qoya is also a lifestyle that invites you to live from your deepest wisdom and truth.

The three tenets of Qoya are that we as women remember our essence as wise, wild, and free.
Wise is knowing your truth.
Wild is standing for your truth and staying committed to yourself.
Free is having the space to speak your truth, to speak from your soul.

Bliss & Gratitude Ceremony

This beautiful and powerful ceremony will open the way for transformation. Bliss & Gratitude is a combination of a Cacao Ceremony and a Despacho Gratitude Ceremony.

Cacao Ceremony invites you to move deeply into your heart and connect with yourself in a way that awakens self-love. Together in ceremony we will drink cacao sourced from traditionally produced cacao, grown by farmers in Guatemala, produced ethically, sustainably and in fair trade. Cacao awakens the creative and vital energies of the body when used in a ceremonial way. Participants often describe feeling as if their heart is literally opening like a flower.

The idea of a Despacho Gratitude Ceremony is simple; you say thank you. You say thank you for as much as you can think of. And then you keep saying thank you until you feel like you could say thank you for hours. It is medicine for the soul.

Guided Womb Meditation
This guided womb healing meditation will assist you in supporting your connection to the divine feminine creation power. We have the powerful assistance from the full moon and fall equinox to raise our highest intentions and vibrations.

Honor our sacred connection to both the Earth Mother and Cosmic Mother

Discover emotions, blockages and limitations held in the womb through breathwork exercises

Cleanse the womb of imprints and tension allowing powerful energetic channels to open
Activate our womb power by igniting and Illuminating are seeds of intention

Womb Art Crafting
As women we are Creators and Magical Crafters. Let's make art of our womb story. Through group dialogue, innocent inquiry, journaling, story-telling, drawing, painting or collage we will each allow time, attention, and expression to the stories of our wombs.

Our wombs hold wisdom and wish to tell powerful and potent stories. We as women are carriers of this deep wisdom. Whether  it be through pregnancy, birth, death, trauma, past relationships, illness, or physical injury our wombs are yearning for a safe space to release and tell its story. This is how we can begin to honor ourselves in our wombs, by telling our story and allowing the story to be heard and to be received. This is healing.

I believe in the healing power of community. I know that art, movement and meditation are powerful forms of medicine. I am passionate about creating sacred space where these modalities can be practiced.

"I am without words to describe the soul gift given me by Dana W. through the recent Cacao & Gratitude Ceremony. A tender, soulful experience facilitated with insight, empathy, wisdom, and grace." ~Alma

"I have had the honor to participating in two healing circles and a one-on-one intuitive massage session with Christine. The first circle I attended that was led by her, was the first circle I’ve ever participated in. I was nervous, but I knew from the moment I walked in that I had found my “home.” Christine herself is a warm ray of light and immediately makes you feel comfortable and supported. Her knowledge is immense and her spirit is enchanting. She has truly changed my life. I will be back many, many times." 💜 Steph C.

Rising Earth Healing Arts

“I met Christine Winus in Beacon at the Beacon of Light Wellness Center’s first open house in February 2018.  Introducing herself as a healer channeling the energies of her spiritual guides in her massage practice, she offered me a short complimentary massage.  It was a revelatory experience. Although I was fully clothed and lay on the table only twenty-minutes, her hands found instantly, it seemed, the part of my back that was holding tension and present and historical feelings, which her touch, both by its location and its pressure, released.  I have been her client ever since. My sessions since then have all been distinct yet very similar in depth. Through her intuition, she senses which parts of my body are calling for attention and what those parts need. In this sense, Christine doesn’t “give” her client a massage. Rather, she enlists her client in the work that she will do with him or her for the client’s benefit.  She’s like no other massage therapist I’ve ever gone to. To someone on a journey of healing, I can’t recommend her highly enough.” Sean M.

Watch as Christine and I dish about what you can expect when you join us for this nourishing event.

I am a Creative Arts Therapist who has a passion for guiding women to lead joyful and wholehearted lives. It is such an honor to hold space for women to slow down, experience authentic connection, and tap into the light inside of themselves. It is so refreshing to give myself and others permission to feel a range of emotions and begin to trust that instead of avoiding the shadows, it is possible to mine them for wisdom. I also really appreciate that each class offers the opportunity to experience pure pleasure and delight.

I want to acknowledge that it takes courage to show up for that first time as it can be somewhat uncomfortable to try something new. In a group. The good news is that there is absolutely no way you can do it wrong and the focus is on finding the place where it feels good and true. One of the greatest rewards found in a Qoya practice is that it offers a way for you to reunite with your body. You may just find that this reunion is the missing piece in your transformation.
